Justin and Rachel were fabulous hosts, really generous and welcoming. The view from the house is absolutely stunning. We enjoyed the sunsets and the surrounding nature. The beach is only 10 minutes walk which is perfect for long walks at Martinique beach or for surfing when the swell is good. We definitely recommand this little peace of heaven.

Justin's place is a beautiful escape, and a great base for exploring the Eastern Shore. The stars are absolutely beautiful on a clear night, and although you're on the Atlantic Coast, the sunsets are surprisingly beautiful across the inlet. Justin was incredibly helpful, giving us local knowledge about the nearby beach, and even finding us kayak rentals in Murphy's Cove. Note that you really do get out in the wild, so you might want to stock up on some things in Halifax, as there are few restaurants and grocery stores within a 30-minute drive, and opening hours are limited. Thus is the price of escaping from it all. Nevertheless, we would absolutely recommend staying here.

We had a very good stay at Justin and Rachel's place despite a health problem. The view from the terrace is exceptional and we spent a lot of time watching the setting sun. The apartment is very well equipped and comfortable. thank you again Rachel for the help and the possibility to extend our stay.
